Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, customers must first contact us by email for approval before sending any item back.

To start a return, email us with:

• Your order number
• Full name
• Reason for return

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Returned with original packaging

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided through email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for items returned worn, damaged, washed, or not in their original condition.
